A typical candidate assessment from our attraction methods – We receive a CV either through our network system of job boards / publications or through personal referral or from direct email or a fellow recruitment agency. We view the CV and initially assess the strength of the candidate. We conduct a telephone interview with the candidate when we review their employment history, career aspirations and suitability for current client roles. We meet the candidate face to face and conduct a further interview and assess them further. At this interview we complete the required ID & CV requirements. All this information is captured onto our CRM database and the physical paperwork filed securely. Now we are in a position to approach clients with a suitable candidate.
Each of these steps is conducted by a minimum of two people – Marie Kinchin and Mick Sims – so two different perspectives and experiences have been applied to each candidate.
