Administration Assistant Bishops Stortford

Administration Assistant Bishops Stortford. One of our top clients is looking to recruit an Administration Assistant to join their highly creative and ambitious team. They are looking for someone with similar qualities who can think big and grow your future with our client. This is an entry level role so as a rapidly growing business, job progression is very achievable. As Administration Assistant you will be involved in assisting the various sales platforms, enquiry management, diary management and front of house sales. In addition, there will be stock control and listing responsibilities, as well as administrative tasks involving dispatch, data control and multimedia.

Responsibilities for the Administration Assistant will include:

  • Handling client enquiries and sales via telephone, email, Live Chat
  • Assisting with the coordination of photography, listings, descriptions and other media
  • Coordination of invoicing, postage and all other areas concerning the dispatch of sold items
  • Meeting with clients face-to-face in the showroom
  • Maintaining the highest levels of presentation
  • Management of department stock levels including regular stock, website and platform audits
  • Assisting the day-to-day running of the Handbag & Accessories department
  • Assisting the diary management for the Handbags & Accessories department including client appointments, internal and external meetings
  • Joint responsibility for keeping the showroom displays up-to-date and organised

Desired skills & experience:

  • Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to follow direction
  • Keen interest in eCommerce and luxury accessories
  • Capable of working well as part of a team with the ability to work independently
  • Good presentation for front-of-house responsibilities

Full Time – Monday to Friday 9am-6pm with rotating Saturdays 9am – 5pm

Holiday – 22 days per annum plus Bank Holidays

Salary – up to £18k dependent on experience
