Administrator with Marketing Hoddesdon. We are pleased to be working with a prestigious client who are based in Hoddesdon and are looking to recruit a person who can run the administrative side of the practice but also be heavily involved in their marketing campaigns and day to day running of social media.
Duties
- General day to day running of the practice, including dealing with post/franking/answering the telephone/dealing with clients who come to the office, typing and sending out various correspondence to clients. Also filling up photocopiers, updating work planners, door signs for visitors, keeping the office organised and tidy, arranging for tradesmen as and when things need sorting, filing, setting up clients on the database, setting up files, lots of forms for new clients, daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual mailshots and letters, organising budget mailers, tax cards.
- On the marketing front they are looking for someone who can deal with their marketing database, website articles and social media – including Facebook / Twitter / LinkedIn and assist their external marketing advisor and internal marketing team with various campaigns and events throughout the year.
- They currently use Infusionsoft for their marketing database but may be moving back to mailchimp. They are also in the process of having their website re-done and the role would involve some website work but nothing technical – and training would be given on this.
- You would be the main point of contact between the internal marketing team and the external marketing consultant so would work with the external consultant quite a lot – and so the role would involve a lot of time working on events/projects/campaigns with the external consultant and the team
- They are looking for someone able and professional who could attend networking events and represent the firm – so being able to grasp and understand the services the company offer and the ethos they have at would be vital.
Personal requirements
- For this role our client needs someone who is hard working, able to work on their own initiative but also able to work well in a team environment.
- Someone who can add real value to the team and welcome any suggestions for improvements or changes to their current working practices and systems.
- Must be able to work on their own initiative
- They are ideally looking for someone with office based experience, who ideally is totally up to date with all the social media platforms.

Salary circa £25k DOE

Working week is 9am-5pm Monday to Friday so a 35-hour week.
