Client Services Manager Saffron Walden. Our client is a private housing occupational therapy company based in Saffron Walden. They design homes for the less able clients who may have suffered catastrophic injuries. These medical conditions are translated into architectural drawings to create the best home layout for independent living. In order to grow this supportive, young company we need a Client Services Manager – a role pivotal to the business. So, if you have project management experience, want to be part of a progressive, nurturing business, are happy to roll up your sleeves and get involved, then we want to hear from you.

The person
You may already be a project manager, a consummate professional with empathy, understanding and warmth in spades. You will possess the skills and ability to manage the project pipeline in an efficient, accurate and methodical manner. Perhaps you are already working in the construction/service arena or a consultancy. You need to be commercially savvy.

This role is quite unique. It requires many complimentary skills to efficiently manage numerous projects from inception to completion, projects which may last from four weeks to six months. You will be able to listen to the client, their solicitor, barrister or case manager and offer exemplary service and understanding (with training and support) to deliver the project on brief, on time, and on budget.

The role

  • Answer incoming calls in a professional and empathetic way
  • Work with the Occupational Therapy team to provide sales proposals to the client.
  • Invoice generation and credit control
  • Diary management for the MD, as well as provide reports.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of company procedures and policies and update.
  • Strong IT Skills – Salesforce, Office, Quickbooks
  • Cope with an emotionally demanding arena
  • Natural problem solver
  • Team player combined with autonomous skills.
  • Escalate business opportunities to increase sales and business exposure

Essential skills

  • Experience of dedicated client services role.
  • Working knowledge of project management principles, either by Education (Prince 2) or by experience.
  • Creative and critical thinker who can assist in improving the services provided, planning and budgeting the customer service provision to support the marketing plan

In return
Full time – some flexibility on working hours.
Salary : £28k- £30k pa DOE
Report To: the MD
Holidays: Statutory plus office is closed between Christmas and New Year.
Pension: statutory via Nest
