Professional Support Administrator Cambridge
Professional Support Administrator Cambridge. This is a fantastic opportunity to work full time as a Professional Support Administrator to provide full administrative support for our clients Strategic Corporate Finance (“SCF”) Partner and team in their Cambridge office.
Principle Responsibilities:
- Ensuring new client procedures are undertaken timely and completely
- Assisting in the presentation of reports
- Assisting in creating and maintaining templates
- Maintaining central resources and templates for the SCF team
- Booking travel and hotels for the partner, including preparation of travel documents and itinerary
- Diary management as required
- Expenses for the partner
- Providing administrative and organisational support to the partner and the team
- Co-ordinating news articles for the intranet
- Maintaining content of Wiki resources
- Proactively preparing and circulating deal tombstones and press releases for completed assignments
- Ensuring discussions take place regarding current status of projects and update workflow register
- Assisting with periodic client billing
- Arranging meetings with clients, potentials and referrers as required, carrying out actions as requested
- Client contact including prompting discussions, co-ordinating regular meetings, chasing outstanding information and documentation
- To deliver a high standard of administrative support and world class customer service in line with our client’s strategies, policies and procedures
- Co-ordinating the administration of Business Development activities for the Cambridge SCF team
- Keeping all relevant CRM systems up to date, based on engagements and targets
- Preparing information packs for meetings with new targets
- Researching and drafting non-technical background sections to reports
Person Specification:
- Min of 5 GCSEs or equivalent including English Language and Mathematics
- Word, Powerpoint and Outlook to Advanced Level
- DocsCorp/Adobe and Publisher to intermediate level desired
- Excellent customer service and telephone manner
- Good planning, organisational and time management skills

- Able to use good judgement and initiative, particularly in response to the prioritisation of deadline dependent work
- Able to demonstrate reliability, discretion, confidentiality and flexibility
